Raised in St. Paul, Brian understands houses in the Twin Cities. With his bachelors in Real Estate, he graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2000 and has been a resident of St. Louis Park since 2003.

If you need to know anything about home and market values in Minneapolis, Edina or St. Louis Park, Brian is your guy. A licensed agent for 20 years with 13 years of experience in construction management, Brian has a detail oriented approach to each project. He places a high value on relationships by listening and understanding the needs of homeowners.

When he’s not at Hogan Custom Homes, he and his wife Karissa stay busy with 4 boys (Chase 16, Brennan 15, Sullivan 12, Griffin 10) coaching and watching their activities. When time allows, Brian also enjoys a round of golf and all things hockey.

Jennifer Davis

Designer

Jennifer fell in love with design at a young age and has been working in the industry for over 25 years. She has developed an eye for detail and a knack for picking new trends. Jennifer offers a balance of creativity and forward-thinking with a structured, organized, and detailed mentality.
