Fulton Neighborhood Remodel

What was once a 800 sq ft rambler, is now a 3,300 sq ft 2 story. We worked with the challenges that many Minneapolis city lots have to maximize yard space as well as create a home large enough for a growing family. By adding a full basement and 2nd story addition off the back of this home, it allowed us to open up the main floor and create 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry on the 2nd floor. We also finished the basement with a large family room, wet bar, bedroom, and full bath. To maximize outdoor enjoyment we built a retaining wall to level out the back yard and included a rear porch and new garage.
