This was a complete transformation of a 1950’s rambler. This traditional 2nd story addition created 3,600 sq ft of living space and a fantastic indoor/outdoor feel on the main level. A blend of design elements were used to give the space depth and character. The 3 season porch included a large phantom screen leading to a paver patio. The inclusion of 2 large sliding doors brings the inside and outside of the home together beautifully.
